3. Anything related to /custom duty for Advanced Logistics Program for France-bound orders that merchants should be aware of?

Yes. Please specifically note that the Advanced Logistics Program for France-bound orders custom clearance mode is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Payments for and custom duty are exempt for packages with declared value below 22 euros, while payments for VAT for packages with declared value of 22 to 150 euros (including 22 euros, not including 150 euros) will be charged based on the declared value (custom duty also exempt for these packages). Currently, the Advanced Logistics Program for France-bound orders does NOT accept packages with declared value greater than or equal to 150 euros; if merchants ship France-bound orders whose packages’ reported value is above 150 euros, please navigate to WishPost > the Dispute Toolkits page, and submit an online dispute to remove the corresponding orders from the Advanced Logistics Program and directly drop ship.  .

Please correctly declare the actual value of the packages. Merchants will be responsible for package return from the customs and/or shipping carriers due to incorrect/fake declared value, and will be charged an additional package return processing fee of up to 10% of the package value.

In addition, please specifically note that, starting July 1, 2021, VAT exemption for the import of goods into the EU less than or equal to €22 Euro will be aBolished. As a result, all goods imported into France will be subject to VAT. If the value of the package exceeds this amount, the customs may impose additional taxes based on the product category, and the customer (buyer) will be responsible for the tax.
